Sobha Project & Trader Pvt Ltd

We are based out of H V R Layout, specifically at No 27 on the ground floor. It is right there on the 1st Cross of the 5th Main, just off Magadi Road in Bangalore. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just wander in when they have questions. Sobha Project & Trader Pvt Ltd is the name we use for all the official stuff, but we are just a local team in the 560079 area. The layout is usually pretty busy, and Magadi Road always has something going on, so it’s never really quiet around the office. We have a simple setup with just enough desks and chairs to get the job done. We don't believe in having a lot of extra stuff that just takes up space and collects dust. Our days are filled with the usual Bangalore life—dealing with the commute, talking to vendors, and keeping track of the trades we are involved in. It is not a flashy life, but it is ours. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little, or the internet goes down, and we just deal with it as it happens. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We are just honest people doing a job and trying to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It is just another day of work for us here in the city.
