Sobha Devloper

Up here in Bellandur, things are always changing. We are based out of this area, close to the Sarjapur post office. If you have ever driven through this part of Bangalore, you know the traffic is something else. Our office for Sobha Devloper is a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s not about being flashy. We have our desks set up and we just get on with the job. The dust from all the construction around Bellandur usually finds its way inside, so we are always wiping down the tables. We see a lot of people coming and going because of all the tech parks nearby, but we keep to our routine. Lunch is usually brought from home or picked up from a small joint nearby. We talk about the weather or the new flyover that’s supposed to fix things. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of plans and folders everywhere. It is a working space, not a showroom. We know the local guys who run the shops around here. It feels like a small village sometimes, despite all the big buildings. We are just part of the landscape in the Bellandur-Sarjapur stretch. No matter how busy the roads get, we are here, doing what needs to be done. It’s a plain, honest workspace for the team to handle the local side of things.
