Our office for Sobha Developres Ltd is situated at 404/7, 13th Cross in Madiwala. We are right on the 17th Main in Venkateshwara Layout, Bangalore 560 068. If you know Madiwala, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of Karnataka, India. It’s always buzzing with people and traffic, and our office is right in the middle of that energy. We have a decent-sized space here where we manage the various development projects we have across the city. The 13th Cross is a specific landmark for us. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We’ve got desks for the engineers and the admin staff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site photos. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The paperwork for the Venkateshwara Layout area and beyond gets sorted here. We see a lot of movement every day, with people coming in to talk about project updates or to sign off on materials. Being in Madiwala means we are close to a lot of things, which helps with the logistics of moving people and supplies. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for any of that corporate style. We are just local staff working for a big name, trying to keep the projects on track and the office running smoothly without too much fuss or unnecessary complications. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
