Sobha Developers is based here at No.12 on 1st Main Road in the Income Tax Layout of Vijayanagar. This is our Bangalore branch, and it’s a nice, established part of the city to work in. Vijayanagar has that old Bangalore feel that you don’t always get in the newer areas. Our office is right on the 1st Main Road, so it is pretty easy for the staff and visitors to find us. We handle a lot of the local development projects from this building. It’s not a massive corporate tower, just a solid building where we get our daily tasks finished. We have people working on the accounts, some on the engineering side, and a few of us who just keep the place running. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and most of it gets processed right here at these desks. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the blueprints and the construction schedules. The area around Income Tax Layout is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm compared to the city center. We like the pace here. It allows us to focus on the details of the buildings we are working on across India. Being in Bangalore, India, means we are always busy, but we try to keep things simple and honest in how we operate this office day to day. We just want to get the work done right without making a big fuss about it.
