Sobha Developers

Our office for Sobha Developers is at Usha Bhavan in Aramthanam, which is in the Vamanapuram area of Thiruvananthapuram. It is a nice part of Kerala with a lot of greenery around. The office is basically a converted space in a house, so it has a very homey feel to it. Sreejith Babu is usually the one you will find here working on things. We do not have a big team or any corporate layers. If you call, you talk directly to us. The work we do involves a lot of planning and looking over site documents. It is often quiet here, except for the occasional bird or the sound of a vehicle passing on the road. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk about their projects. We do not go in for any of that high-end office decor. It is just a place where we can sit down and get our tasks finished. We spend quite a bit of time out in the field too, but Aramthanam is our home base. We like the local community here and try to be helpful whenever someone has a question about land or building. It is a simple life and we do our work without making a big deal about it. We just aim to be consistent and keep our projects moving along as they should. Most days we are just happy to be working in such a peaceful spot with good people.
