Sobha Developers

Sobha Developers is located at No 26/3 in Gowder Colony, right behind the Nagashetty Halli bus stand in Bangalore. Being so close to the bus stand means it is always noisy and busy, but it makes it very easy for people to find the place. We share the space with Guruprasad and it is a pretty lived-in office. There are stacks of files everywhere and the furniture is a bit mismatched, which works fine for what we need. Bangalore is a fast city, but in this little colony, things feel a bit more grounded. We try to start our day early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working on project details at our desks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine; we just get our tea from the shop at the corner like everyone else. It is a very straightforward way of running a business. Sharath handles most of the day-to-day stuff here. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Even with all the new buildings going up around us, we stay focused on our own work. It is just a practical office where we try to stay organized and get through the daily tasks. We like being part of the hustle and bustle of this city and seeing the people come and go every day while we work.
