Sobha Developers has its office at Door No. 2-1-213, situated in Old Post Office Lane in Mukkidepet, Hindupur. This is right in the Anantapur district. The lane is quite narrow, so walking is usually better than driving a big car down here. We are located in a spot that has a lot of history to it. The old post office used to be the main hub of the area, and even though things have changed, the name just stuck. Our office is a simple one-room setup where we handle all our development work. It is usually just us and the sound of the traffic from the nearby main street. Sanaulla’s family has been in this area for a long time, so we feel very connected to the town. We do not have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We spend most of the morning sorting through site plans and making sure the paperwork is in order for our projects. In the afternoon, it gets pretty hot, so we usually take a short break for some tea. It is a practical way of working without any extra fuss.
