You can find us over in Tirupati, specifically at the Kotakommala Layout. The office is at 10-3-206 F1. It’s a busy little area, and we’re right in the thick of it. Working at Sobha Developers here means we’re always dealing with something new. One day it’s a zoning issue, and the next it’s a delay with the trucks. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of whatever we are building. The weather gets pretty hot here, so we keep the fans going all day long. Most of us grew up around this part of Andhra Pradesh, so we know the land and the people pretty well. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound like a big corporate machine. We’re just folks who know how to read a blueprint and handle a budget. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We handle the paperwork, talk to the crews, and make sure things move along as they should. It isn't always easy, and it certainly isn't fast, but we keep at it. We’re just local staff doing what needs to be done to keep the projects on track. It’s a living, and we take it one day at a time, making sure things get finished.
