Sobha Developers

We are based over at Flat No. 201 in Lakemont Regency. It’s right on Basavanagar Main Road, near the Marathalli Post in Bangalore. Our address shows up as 28.10.1981 Indian Flat No.201, which is a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it our office. We’ve been Sobha Developers for a long time now. The 560037 area is a busy part of Karnataka, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We don't have a traditional office with a big storefront. Instead, we work out of this apartment space, which keeps things quiet enough so we can actually focus on the plans. It’s just a few of us here. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough supplies for the week ahead. We aren't looking to become some massive company with hundreds of employees. We like the scale we are at. It lets us keep an eye on every detail without things getting out of hand. If you’re looking for us, just head down Basavanagar road. It can be a bit of a crawl in the evenings with the traffic, but we are usually there late anyway. We just want to do decent work that lasts. There’s no need for fancy talk when the buildings can just stand there and show what we’re capable of doing. It is a real workplace, not a showroom.
