Living and working in Bangalore means you're always around some kind of construction or change. We are set up in the 5th Block, specifically on 6th Cross. Sobha Developers is basically just a group of us who enjoy the process of putting things together. This part of Karnataka is always busy, so there’s never a dull moment at our office at 232. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and then going out to see if the reality matches the paper. Most of the time it does, but sometimes you have to make adjustments on the fly. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just building. We get the bricks, we get the cement, and we make sure the walls are straight. It's satisfying to see a project go from an empty plot to something people can actually use. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking through the tricky parts of a build. It’s a simple life, really. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and suits. We’re just the people you see in the morning with dust on our boots. Bangalore has plenty of developers, but we just focus on our little corner here in the 5th Block and do what we can. We just keep our heads down and work.
