You can find us at 17/B on the 3rd Main of Indira Gandhi Street. We are in Udaya Nagar, which is part of the A.Narayanpura Extension in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the area well. The streets are mostly residential, and our office fits right in with the surrounding houses. We are Sobha Developers, and this is our home base. Inside, it’s a mix of old furniture and some newer computers. We have a lot of files because we like to keep hard copies of everything just in case. The 3rd Main isn’t a very loud street, so we can usually work with the windows open. Sometimes the smell of someone’s cooking from a nearby house drifts in. We don’t have a professional receptionist or a waiting lounge with magazines. If someone comes by, we just pull up an extra chair for them. Our days are filled with the usual office routines, nothing too exciting. We check the mail, answer emails, and talk about upcoming plans. Bangalore is always growing, and being in the A.Narayanpura Extension means we see a lot of that growth firsthand. We aren't a big, polished corporation. We are just a local team working out of an address on Indira Gandhi Street. We keep things simple and honest, focusing on the tasks we have for the day and making sure we get them done properly without any unnecessary drama.
