Sobha Developers

We are based in Gudiyattam, which is in the Vellore district. Our address is 17 Abbu Subair Street in the Pichanoor Pet area. It’s a small town vibe here, very different from the big cities like Bangalore or Chennai. The street can get quite narrow and busy with people going about their business. We are Sobha Developers, but we don't have a giant skyscraper for an office. It’s just a regular building on Abbu Subair Street. The heat in Vellore can be quite something, so we have a couple of fans going all day. The office inside is simple. We have wooden tables and some shelves that are full of ledgers and documents. We don't have a big marketing team or a PR department. It’s just us handling the day-to-day work. Sometimes a stray dog wanders near the entrance or the neighbors come by to chat for a minute. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. Our work involves a lot of reading and checking figures. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that we are part of the local community here in Pichanoor Pet. We don't use any fancy language to talk about our business. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that works for us and the people we deal with on a daily basis.
