Sobha Developers

We are located on the ground floor of a building in Lakshmi Layout. It’s at number 12, on the 6th Cross. This part of Bangalore has a lot of residential houses mixed with small businesses like ours. It’s generally a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for getting things done. You can hear the neighbors and the occasional street vendor calling out during the day. Our office for Sobha Developers is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some plastic chairs for visitors, and a calendar on the wall that we forget to flip sometimes. The floor is granite, and it’s always a bit dusty no matter how much we sweep. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, but there isn’t much of a view. It’s just the 6th Cross. We spend our hours typing, talking on the phone, and looking through plans. We don’t have a corporate cafeteria or anything; we just bring our lunch boxes from home and eat at our desks. Sometimes we talk about the weather or how the traffic was getting here in the morning. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fountain. We just have our address in Lakshmi Layout and we stay busy with the tasks at hand. It feels like a very local, neighborhood spot. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine.
