Our office is on the second floor of 201/1 on Kathirappa Road in Cox Town. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, located on 9th A Cross. The pin code is 560005. Being in Cox Town gives the place a bit of an older, established feel compared to the newer parts of the city. We are one of the Bangalore branches for Sobha Developers Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. The office itself is up a flight of stairs that are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you’re carrying things up. Inside, we have a bunch of desks and some old wooden cabinets for our files. It isn't a modern, shiny office with glass walls; it’s more like a traditional workspace. We have windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the local shops and people going about their business. Bangalore traffic can be pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines over time. We spend most of our day coordinating things and making sure the paperwork is all in order. There’s a small bakery nearby that has great snacks, and we usually go there for our afternoon break. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a few calendars and some work schedules. We just try to get the work done and head home before the evening rush hour really sets in. It is a steady way to spend the week.
