Sobha Developers (P) Ltd. is over here in Bangalore, specifically in the H.A.L II Stage area. Our office name is Anurag, and it is located on 14 A Main. If you know this part of the city, you know how the traffic can get, but it’s a nice neighborhood once you get off the main roads. The pin code is 560008, in case you are sending something by post. We spend a lot of our time here just managing the daily grind. It is a solid building, nothing too modern, but it keeps the rain out and gives us a place to sit. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep all our records and maps. It can get a bit cluttered with all the papers, but we know where everything is. The street outside has some trees, which is nice when it gets sunny. We don’t really bother with big corporate speeches or anything. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There are plenty of places nearby to get a coffee or a quick lunch, so we aren't hurting for options. The 14 A Main road is usually busy, so there is always something to look at out the window. It feels like a real working office. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just prefer to keep things simple and direct.
