We are the team at Sobha Developers Ltd, Bangalore, working out of the office at number 56. We are located on the 3rd Cross in a place called Sowparnika. This is in the Thanisandra area, specifically Rachenahalli. Our pin code is Bangalore-45. It is a nice enough spot to be based in. The 3rd Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps us focus. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our office is a practical space where we manage the various things the company needs from us. It is not a massive corporate headquarters, just a regular office where we do our work. We have our desks, our tea breaks, and our meetings just like anywhere else. Rachenahalli is a growing part of Bangalore, so there is always some construction or something new popping up nearby. We are right in the middle of it all. People sometimes have trouble finding the 3rd Cross because the streets can be a bit confusing, but once you find Sowparnika, you are pretty much there. We don't go in for any big marketing displays or anything. We just keep things simple and get our daily work finished so we can go home at the end of the day.
