We are over in Srinagar, Bangalore, right at 114/E on the 2nd Cross. It’s in the 1st Stage of Banashankari, 1st Block. This is an old, established part of Bangalore. We’ve been working under the Sobha Developers Ltd. name here for a while. Our office is tucked into the neighborhood. It’s a place where you can hear the bells from the local temple and the vegetable vendors calling out. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just us at our desks with the windows open to catch a breeze. The work is mostly about planning and managing construction sites across the city. Bangalore is always growing, so there’s never a dull moment. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Sometimes it's the guys delivering bricks, other times it's lawyers or families. We keep it simple and direct. There's a lot of paperwork involved in building things, and we spend plenty of hours sorting through it all. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just take a break and sit on the steps for a bit. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just know how to get buildings up and how to manage the local requirements. If you walk down 11th Main, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s just a normal office in a normal Bangalore street.
