We’ve got our setup out in Thanisadra Village on the north side of Bangalore. The pin code is 560078. It used to be a very quiet place but now it's growing so fast it's hard to keep up. We are right in the middle of all that change. Our office is a practical space where we manage the development work happening in this part of the city. We aren't interested in being fancy. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the road work outside. We have a few desks and a big table for looking at drawings. The guys here have been working in Bangalore real estate for a long time. We know how the local water situation is and where to get the best materials. It’s a lot of coordination. Every morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to happen today. We don't write big reports for ourselves, we just get the work done. The traffic on the way to Thanisadra can be tough some days. We usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a regular bunch of people trying to build things well. We’ve seen this village turn into a major hub. It’s quite something. We just keep our heads down and keep working. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just here doing the job.
