Our office is tucked away in Bellandur Village, specifically at Sobha Carnation on Survey No 100/7 and 98/2B. It’s a bit of a sprawling area and Bangalore-37 has changed a lot since we first set up here. You can find us working out of the site office most days. It gets quite loud with the trucks moving around and the general buzz of the village merging into the city. We handle the development side of things from this corner. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s contractors or people looking at the progress. We aren't big on fancy decorations in the office. We have our desks, some old maps of the plots, and plenty of coffee. The weather in Bangalore is usually alright but the rain makes the site a bit muddy sometimes. We just deal with it. It's a local operation even if the name is big. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Our team is a mix of people who have been in construction for years and some newer faces. We don't spend much time on long meetings, we just prefer to get the building work moving. It’s a practical way to spend the day. If you need to find us, look for the Carnation signs. We are usually in by eight. Some days the commute is a bit long because of the village roads, but we make it work.
