We operate out of a place called Anugraha in Badagubettu. It’s near Parkala in the Udupi district. This is more of a residential-style setup for us, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a standard office block. We’re at number 80. Udupi is a nice place to work, though it can get very hot and humid. We’ve been here for a while and everyone knows everyone else in the area. Our office is usually quiet, except when we’re debating over some design plans or technical drawings. We don't have a big corporate sign out front. It’s just a house where we do our business. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We handle a lot of the development work for this region from here. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the local terrain well. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around the district. It’s a lot of driving on narrow roads, but the views are good. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. We just use our common sense and get the work done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage, but usually, we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s a steady way to live and work. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a place we like.
