We’re based in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a busy spot these days with all the new shops and cafes popping up. Our office is right in the heart of the action, but tucked away enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a massive building with a glass front. It’s just a regular office space where we keep all our gear. The traffic on the outer ring road can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our site visits around the rush hour. Most of the time, the office is a bit messy with paper and samples of tiles or bricks. We aren't the type to keep everything perfectly tidy. We’re too busy for that. Kalyan Nagar has changed so much since we first started here. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot of energy. We get our lunch from the small eateries nearby. There isn't a fancy canteen in our building. We just use a small corner for the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a very straightforward place. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated systems. We just talk to the contractors, check the progress, and write it all down. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area well. We’re just happy to be part of the neighborhood.
