Sobha Developers Ltd.

We’ve got our setup for Sobha Developers Ltd. over at Pai Layout, specifically in the Sai Teja Prestige Apartment on Old Madras Road. It’s unit 302 on the 15th Cross. If you’ve ever been on Old Madras Road in Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get, so it’s actually quite nice once you step inside the apartment building because the noise dies down a little. We chose this spot because it’s a good middle ground for most of our team. The apartment itself is pretty standard. We’ve converted a few of the rooms into workspaces. It still feels a bit like a home, which honestly makes the long days a bit more comfortable. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee throughout the day. The balcony looks out over some of the other buildings in the layout. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that. People usually just find us by the apartment number. It’s a functional space without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We’ve been in this 560016 area for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of Karnataka, but our little corner in Sai Teja Prestige stays relatively calm most of the time. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive.
