It’s off the main Sarjapur Road, near the Karmalaram post area. This part of Bangalore is growing incredibly fast, but our spot still feels like it’s tucked away a bit from all the noise. Being near a school means it can get a little loud when the kids are out for their break, but we don't mind it much. Sobha Developers Ltd has this office here to manage things in this specific part of town. The building isn't anything super modern or fancy, just a solid place to work every day. We are at Sy.No.23, which helps people find us if they are looking at a map or a GPS. Getting here from Sarjapur Road is usually the easiest way for most. We’ve got a small team upstairs. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and files, the usual stuff you’d expect in an office. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much in the mornings, but once you turn off towards the school, it calms down a lot. We like being in this 560 035 zip code because it puts us close to a lot of the sites we look after in this region. It's a practical location for what we do. No marble floors or anything like that, just a regular office floor where we handle the day-to-day business. It works for us and keeps us close to the action without being right in the center of the city's madness.
