This office is tucked away in Kattlehalla. It’s part of the Sirsi area, specifically in Targod. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. V.M. Hegde’s son runs things here for Sobha Developers Ltd. Working out of North Kannada has its own rhythm. The road to Kattlehalla can be a bit bumpy, but it’s a nice drive if you like the countryside. Being in the Sirsi area means we get to see a lot of green. We keep the books and handle the local supply orders from this spot in Targod. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters. It’s more of a local hub where we coordinate what’s happening on the ground. Most days it’s about checking the supplies and making sure the guys know where they need to be. We’ve been in the Targod area for a while now. It feels like home. You won't find any shiny brochures or fancy receptionists here. We just have our desks, some old files, and a lot of work to do. Sometimes the power goes out, so we sit outside and wait it out. It’s just how it is. People know the Hegde family around here, so that helps when we need to get things sorted. We handle the construction side of things, mostly keeping an eye on the sites nearby. We just show up, do the job, and go home. No need for big words. We're just a small part of the bigger company, doing our bit in Sirsi.
