Our office, known as Prateeksha D-123, is located in D Block at I Cross in the Gopala Gowda Extension of Shimoga. This is where the Sobha Developers Ltd crew for this area works from. Shimoga is a nice place to be based. The Gopala Gowda Extension is a familiar neighborhood for many of us. We have a pretty standard office setup here. It’s where we store our files, take our meetings, and drink way too much coffee. We aren't big on flashy signs or fancy furniture. The space is for working, and that's what we do. We’ve seen the extension grow over the years, and we’ve been part of that change in our own small way. It’s a local operation, and we like the fact that we can just talk to people without a lot of red tape. Every day brings something different, whether it's a new plan to look over or some site issues to sort out. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest. We just want to do our jobs at Prateeksha D-123 and go home feeling like we did something useful. It's a simple life here in Shimoga, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The team is small, but we know our business. We have our desks, our files, and a small space for people to sit when they come by to talk.
