Sobha Developers Ltd

Our office at No 17 on 1st Main in Shampura has been our home base for quite some time. Sobha Developers Ltd is tucked away in the 2nd Cross of M.V Layout, which is a bit of a quieter corner compared to the main roads. You can find us near the A.C Post area in Bangalore -45. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We spend most of our time here looking over blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. It gets pretty loud during the day with the traffic from the main road nearby, but inside it is mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We’ve seen this part of Bangalore grow up around us. Shampura used to feel a lot further out, but now it’s right in the mix of everything. We don't really do the whole corporate slick look; our shelves are full of old binders and there’s usually a stack of drawings on the table that needs sorting. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us trying to fix the printer or organizing the site schedules. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood. There is a small tea stall just down the street where we usually grab a quick break in the afternoon. It is a practical space for us to manage our building work and keep track of where every brick is going. We just try to stay organized and get the jobs finished on time without too much drama. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
