This branch is located in Nagarbhavi II Stage, over in the 560072 area of Bangalore. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so the office feels a bit more relaxed than the ones in the city center. We’ve got a small team here that looks after the local developments. Our space is filled with the usual office stuff—computers, stacks of paper, and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t go in for anything fancy. The focus is always on the projects we have going on outside. You’ll often find us poring over maps of the area or checking the latest building codes. It’s not a high-pressure environment in terms of corporate polish, but we do work hard to keep everything on track. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while other days we are barely in the office at all because we’re out checking on the foundations or the brickwork. We like being in Nagarbhavi because it’s a solid part of town with a lot of growth. We’ve seen many houses go up around here, and it’s good to be part of that process. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. We have a little tradition of having tea together at four o'clock every day, no matter how busy we are. It’s a nice way to regroup before the final push of the evening. The office isn't much to look at from the street, but inside it's where all the real planning happens. We've got shelves full of old files that show just how much we've done in this part of Bangalore. It’s a lot of history in one small space. We don’t need a fancy address to do good work; we just need our tools and a bit of focus. We're glad to be here in Nagarbhavi.
