We’re located at Marian Villa on Museum Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in Bangalore-25. Being near the Good Shepherd Society gives our office a bit of a different feel than a typical commercial block. It’s an older building, so it has some character that you don't find in the newer glass towers. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other easily, which is good because there is always something to discuss. Whether it’s a delivery that’s late or a new set of drawings that needs checking, it all happens here. The floors might creak a bit, and the windows are the old-fashioned kind, but it works for us. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re here to work. Most days are spent on the phone or looking over construction updates. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when everyone comes back from the field. There’s a lot of chatter about concrete and steel and timelines. We’ve been in this location for a while now, and it’s become our second home. It’s a practical place for a team that spends most of its time thinking about how to put buildings together. We often have people coming in with questions about their future homes, and we try to give them straight answers without any fluff. The location on Museum Road is great because we can walk to get lunch or run errands quickly. Even though it’s a busy area, once you step inside the villa, it feels a bit more grounded. We have some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started, and they’re still holding up just fine. It’s that kind of durability we think about when we’re working on our building projects too. We just want to do a solid job and go home knowing we didn't cut any corners.
