Sobha Developers Ltd

This office belongs to the Sobha team here in Bengaluru, specifically around the Manjunath area. It’s a busy spot, like most places in this city. We spend our days dealing with the constant hum of activity that comes with being a developer. The office itself is full of files, rolls of architectural drawings, and half-empty coffee mugs. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We don’t have a lot of time for formalities. If someone has a question about a project, they usually just walk in and ask. We try to keep things moving as quickly as we can, though sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like. That’s just the nature of the business here. We have a mix of people in the office, from some who have been here for decades to younger staff learning the ropes. It’s a bit of a loud place at times, especially when two or three different site managers are trying to coordinate things at once. We like being in Bengaluru because there’s always something new to build or a problem to solve. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure they are done properly. It’s not always pretty, and the hours can be long, but we’re used to it. We have a small parking area out front that’s always cramped with bikes and the occasional delivery truck. It’s just part of the daily chaos of working in a growing city like Bengaluru. We try to keep our sense of humor even when things go wrong, which they sometimes do in construction. There’s always a solution to be found if you look hard enough. Our office is a place for solving those problems and getting on with the next task. We’ve been around the Manjunath area for a long time and we know the streets like the back of our hands. It's just home for us.
