We’re located in Flat 203 of the Shanthi II building, which is part of Sai Gardens in Seegehalli. It’s right on the Kadugodi Whitefield Hoskote Road in Bangalore. This area has changed so much lately with all the new apartments and shops popping up everywhere. Our office is inside the residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We use it mainly for the administrative side of our development projects. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but usually, it’s fine. The space is filled with blueprints and various samples of materials we use. We don’t have a big staff here, just a couple of us managing the schedules and talking to the site managers. It’s a lot of coordination. The road outside is always busy, especially with all the commuters heading towards Whitefield. We can see the traffic from our window. It’s a practical spot for us because we’re close to several of our current projects. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our laptops or on the phone. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the extra fluff. It’s just a regular office where we handle the nuts and bolts of the development business. We like the mix of people in Seegehalli; it keeps things interesting for us while we work.
