Our office is located in the CSIF Complex, specifically at C1 on 14th A Main in HAL II Stage. This part of Indira Nagar is quite lively, as anyone who lives in Bangalore can tell you. Being here means we are right in the thick of things. The complex itself is a bit older, which gives it a more grounded feel than the newer malls. We handle the development side of the business from this location. It’s a busy office. There are always people coming and going, mostly contractors and suppliers checking in on things. We have a few desks set up and the walls are mostly covered with project schedules and maps of the city. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system that works for us. The traffic on 14th A Main can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before it gets too bad. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. We like being in Indira Nagar because everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s a practical place to work, even if it gets a bit noisy sometimes. We’re just a group of people working on buildings, trying to stay on top of all the paperwork and planning. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
