You can find us over at 12th Cross in Wilson Garden. We’re located at number 9 on the 3rd Main, sharing the space with Erappa Reddy. Wilson Garden is one of those places in Bangalore that feels very established and lived-in. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we handle the developer tasks. The street outside has some nice trees, but it gets quite busy during the rush hour. We don’t really do anything flashy here. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through documents for different building sites. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work. We know the neighbors pretty well, and there’s a small shop nearby where we usually grab our coffee. The office inside is a bit cramped because we have so many folders and site plans lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a functional space without any unnecessary extras. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk near the door. We prefer it this way because it keeps things straightforward and honest. Working in Wilson Garden is convenient for getting to other parts of the city too. It’s a good, central spot for what we do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects on hand.
