We are set up over at Block 52 on 6th Cross in Audugodi. It’s a bit of an older part of Bangalore, tucked away from the really flashy areas, which suits us just fine. N. Srinivas Devegowda is the one we’re with here. The streets are a bit narrow, so parking can be a real pain if you’re coming in a big car, but we manage. Most of the work we do involves the planning and development side of things. It’s a quiet enough street most days, except when the local delivery trucks are moving through. We’ve got a small team here. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows who is bringing snacks for the afternoon break. We don't have any big corporate banners hanging outside. It’s just a plain office where we sit down and get the work done. The building itself is sturdy and has been around for a while. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly chasing deadlines, but that’s the nature of the development business in a city like this. We appreciate the local feel of Audugodi. It’s got a bit of character that you don’t find in the newer suburbs. If you need us, we're usually here from morning until the early evening, just doing our bit to keep the projects moving. It's a steady pace most weeks.
