Our office is located right on Pipeline Road in Vijayanagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it gets quite crowded with the local market nearby. We are actually based out of V. Padma’s place at number 1483. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy to find once you get off the main road. We do our development work from here, mostly focusing on the local projects. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the tech parks. It's more of a neighborhood office. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get in. We keep a simple routine. The mornings usually start with checking on the current sites and then spending the rest of the day on paperwork. We’ve been here long enough that the tea stall guy down the street knows our order by heart. There is always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We try to stay on top of things, though sometimes the filing system gets a bit messy when we have three projects going at once. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We like the Vijayanagar vibe and the people around here.
