We’re Sobha Developers Ltd, and our office is in the 560 068 area of Bangalore, Karnataka. P. Muregesh is the main contact at this location. We’ve been in this part of India for quite a while, and we’ve seen how much the city has changed over the years. Our day-to-day life involves a lot of site visits and talking to workers. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in a nice air-conditioned office all day. We’re often out in the sun or dealing with the dust on a new site. We don’t have a lot of polish, and we don’t use those big corporate words. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some of our projects take a long time, and we’ve had plenty of delays with rain or getting materials delivered on time. We just take it as it comes. We’re a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. There’s no room for people who aren't willing to help out with whatever needs doing. We’ve built a few things around here that we’re okay with. We don’t need to be the best or the most famous; we just want to keep working. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without any fuss.
