Sobha Developers Ltd is based here in the Mahalakshmi Lay Out area of Bangalore. We are over at Ganesha Block, specifically at D.No.22 on 5th Cross. K. Nanjappa is the one who keeps things running around here. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Our work is pretty straightforward—we develop properties and try to make sure they are done right. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of writers to make us sound fancy. We just use plain English and talk about the work as it is. Some days the office is a mess with drawings and samples everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We aren't corporate types; we’re more the kind of people who wear comfortable clothes and get our boots dirty. The 5th Cross can get a bit noisy, but we don’t mind. It feels like real life. We have had our share of mistakes and learning moments over the years, which has taught us a lot. We just want to do a decent job and stay out of trouble. There’s no magic formula to what we do. It’s just showing up every morning and dealing with whatever problems come our way. We’re just a local bunch of folks working in the development business and trying to stay productive.
