Sobha Developers Ltd is based right here in Bangalore, India. We've been around the block a few times and have seen how much this place has grown. It’s a bit crowded these days, but we still like it. Our office is where all the planning happens, though we’re usually out on the job sites most of the week. It’s not a glamorous life, just a lot of checking on things and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes the rain gets in the way, or the permits take longer than they should, but we just keep moving forward. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. It’s just us, working on buildings and trying to make things look decent. Everyone in the office has their own way of doing things, which can get a bit messy, but it works out in the end. We've got a decent amount of experience under our belts now. Bangalore is a big place, and being a developer here means you’re always on the move. We don’t really do those big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people face to face and try to get the work finished. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy. We're just a bunch of regular people trying to do a good job with what we have. It is what it is, and we stay focused on the task.
