We’re Sobha Developers Ltd, and this specific office is at 74, 1st Main in KGS Layout, which is part of Vijay Nagar in Bangalore-40. This area is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The office is a standard building on the 1st Main. It’s where we coordinate a lot of the Bangalore projects. It gets busy in the mornings with people coming in to get their assignments for the day. There is no polished lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just people in work clothes moving around and talking about construction details. We have a lot of files and some old computers that somehow still keep everything running. The Vijay Nagar area has a lot of energy, and we definitely feel that in the office. We don’t spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big enterprise. We just talk like regular people. If there’s a problem on a site, we discuss it and try to find a way to fix it without too much fuss. It is a very hands-on kind of place. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a real workplace with real people who are just trying to get through their to-do lists. It’s not fancy, but it is exactly what we need for the work we do.
