This office of Sobha Developers Ltd is located at 646, Vayu Putra Nilaya in Dharmana Garden. We are right in the Dinnur part of RT Nagar in Bangalore. The building has that name, Vayu Putra Nilaya, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are wandering around the lanes of Bangalore-32. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like you're stepping into a big corporate machine when you come here. We have our workspace set up to handle the daily load of developer tasks. There is usually a lot of talk about materials and timelines going on in the background. We don't have a bunch of slogans on the walls or a list of values framed in the hall. It’s just a place where we sit at our computers and talk on the phone to get things sorted out. The Dharmana Garden area is fairly quiet compared to the main roads of RT Nagar, which we appreciate. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on the street if you come at the wrong time, but that’s just how it is here. Our team is small enough that we all know what’s going on with each project. We don't use much jargon. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it and fix it. It is a very down-to-earth environment for a construction and development company, and we like it that way.
