Sobha Developers Ltd is based at 58, Kadirayanpalya in the Indiranagar area. Most people know this part of B'Lore-38 as being quite trendy, but our little corner is just a regular place where we get our work done. The office is at number 58, and it’s where we keep our maps and project binders. We don't have any of those fancy slogans or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a bit of a mixed neighborhood, so you see all sorts of things happening outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional person stopping by for a signature. Indiranagar can be quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local branch of the company handling the tasks that come our way. The space is a bit tight when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. If you’re around Kadirayanpalya, you might see us coming and going from the building. It’s a practical home for us. We don’t bother with much polish or professional writing. This is just us describing where we are and what the vibe is like in our office every day.
