Our office for Sobha Developers Ltd is situated at 54/2/3, 5Th Cross in Ittamadagu. We are in the 3Rd Phase of the 3Rd Stage in Banashankari, very close to Janatha Bazaar. If you know the Ban 85 area, you’ll find us easily enough near the market. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of energy. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our files, some old planners, and a few desks where we spend most of our hours. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of chrome and glass. It’s more of a functional office where the real work happens. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination for our local projects from this spot in Ittamadagu. The 5Th Cross can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery trucks, especially near Janatha Bazaar. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We are just a group of people working together to make things happen. Sometimes we grab a snack from the bazaar when the day gets long. It’s a grounded place to work. We like being in Banashankari because it feels like a real community. We aren't here to give a sales pitch, just to let you know where we are and what our daily life looks like in this part of Bangalore.
