Sobha Developers Ltd

We are located at 474/C, 5Th Main Road in Jagadesh Nagar. This is part of the New Thippasandra Post area here in Bangalore-75. Sobha Developers Ltd has been operating out of this specific building for a while now. It’s tucked away on the 4Th Cross, so it’s not always the easiest to find on the first try if you aren't familiar with Jagadesh Nagar. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working on various construction and development tasks. We don’t have a corporate communications team writing things for us, so this is just how we talk. The office gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity in the city, but we keep things running. Being in Bangalore-75 India is convenient because we are close to a lot of our project sites. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just need a place to sit and get the work done. The 5Th Main Road can be quite lively, but once you step into 474/C, it is all about the business of building things. It is a modest space, but it works for what we need to do every day.
