You can find our office for Sobha Developers Ltd right on the first floor at 42, 5Th Main. We are located in Malleshpalya, specifically on the 5Th Cross near Hacienda Club Road. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Bangalore-75, but we like it that way because it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Most of our days are spent at our desks handling various paperwork and construction details. The stairs up to the first floor are a little narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a pretty functional space. We’ve been in this part of Malleshpalya for some time. There are a few nice small places nearby to grab a quick tea during breaks. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we try to stay on top of our schedules. If you are looking for us, look for the Hacienda Club Road landmark and you’ll find the cross easily enough. Being in Bangalore-75 means we get to see a different side of the city than the usual tech hubs. It’s a real place with real people working. We just focus on what’s on our plates for the day. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a lot of blueprints out, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working.
