We are Sobha Developers Ltd and you can find us at number 4, 1st Main in the Old Manjunatha Layout. This is part of Ramamurthy Nagar in Bangalore 16. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes it a nice place to have an office. We aren’t in one of those huge glass towers downtown. Instead, we’re tucked away in a more local spot. The building is older but it serves our purposes just fine. Inside, it’s mostly just a few rooms where we handle the day-to-day operations. There’s always someone running around with a blueprint or a stack of invoices. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the work is getting done and the projects are moving along, we’re happy. The traffic on 1st Main can be a bit of a headache during the evening, so we usually try to time our exits well. We’ve built some good relationships with the people around here. It’s a solid place to be. We just stick to our tasks and try to be helpful when people have questions. It’s not complicated. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That’s how we’ve always done it at this Ramamurthy Nagar location.
