You can find us at 234, 5th Cross within the M.S. Ramaiah Enclave. We are located off Heseraghatta Road, near the 8th Mile in Nagasandra. This part of Bangalore feels a bit different than the center; it’s a bit more spread out and less noisy. Our office for Sobha Developers Ltd is a straightforward place. We handle a lot of the logistical side of the developer business here. There is usually a lot of dust from the nearby roads, so we are always wiping down our desks and computer screens. The enclave is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, which helps when we need to concentrate on the project drawings. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s not a fancy glass-fronted building. It’s just a house that’s been converted into a workspace. We have stacks of bricks and tile samples in the corner that we’ve been meaning to move for months. The staff here is pretty relaxed. We wear casual clothes and just get on with the day’s tasks. Sometimes the power fluctuates, but we have a backup that kicks in with a loud growl. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for us at this branch. We like being out this way toward 560073 because it’s a bit less frantic than the inner city and we have some room to breathe.
