The office is in a building that feels like a home because it mostly is one. We use the ground floor for our operations. It’s got a bit of a yard where we park our scooters. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We have a lot of storage for all the physical files we still keep. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but we like having the paper copies nearby. The street is usually quiet, except when the water tanker comes through. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know what we do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy art. We just focus on the development projects we have on hand. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of attention. We take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. It’s a small group of us here, so it feels more like a family than a big company. We do our best to stay organized despite the constant flow of paperwork. It’s just our daily routine and we stick to it. It’s a bit of a walk to the main road, but we don't mind.
