You can find Sobha Developers Ltd at 10 Ramarao Building. We are located in Samanna Colony, over in the Nagachantra area of Bangalore. This building has been here for years, and it’s got that lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those new glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We’re on a street that gets fairly busy during the rush hours, so there’s always something to see out the window. The office inside is pretty basic. We have our desks pushed together and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend most of our time just getting through the logs and plans. The Samanna Colony neighborhood is a decent place to be. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from the computers. People in the building know us. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s just a regular Bangalore workspace. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting could be better, but we don’t mind. It feels like home after all this time. Just a bunch of us working hard in a simple room. We try to keep the place organized, but with so much going on, there’s always a pile of something on the corner desk.
