You can find us at 1 Kaliamman Street in Kulamangalam, which is over in Madurai. It’s a local spot and we've been operating out of here for a good bit now. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets filled with old plans and receipts. We do development work, which means we're often out and about looking at different sites around Madurai. We don't spend all day in the office because there's too much to do outside. We are a small group of people who just know how to build things. We don't use big corporate talk or try to sound like we are something we're not. We are just local builders. Sometimes the weather in Madurai gets really hot, which makes work on the sites slow down, but we find ways to keep moving. We know a lot of the folks in Kulamangalam and they know us. If someone has a question about a project, they usually just walk in and ask. We don't have a gatekeeper or a fancy lobby. It’s just a plain room where we get our work done. We like the work we do. It’s satisfying to see a building finished and know that we had a hand in it. We just keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks. On Kaliamman Street, things move at their own pace. We've got a small tea shop just down the road that we visit almost every day. It's where we do a lot of our thinking.
