Our office is located in Room No.7 on the 1st Floor of the Mukunda Building. We are right on Kammasandra Road in Hebbagodi. It’s part of Bangalore, Karnataka, 560 100. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for an elevator all the time. The building is a typical one for this area. It gets quite a bit of foot traffic since there are other businesses nearby. Sobha Developers Ltd. is the name on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. Hebbagodi is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside the window. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building over the months. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. People usually find us because they have specific business with us. It’s a straightforward setup. We show up, do our work, and head home. The location is convenient for getting to our different sites around Bangalore. It’s just a regular office in a regular building, doing regular work every day. The paint on the walls is a little bit faded and the door squeaks sometimes when you open it. We keep a stack of old magazines in the corner for anyone waiting. It’s nothing fancy, but it is where we do our best thinking and planning for the projects we have going on.
