Sobha Developers Ltd - Bangalore

We are over at the Minisha building in Mattanur. Even though some of the paperwork says Bangalore, this office is right here in Kerala. It’s a smaller setup than the big city offices, which suits us just fine. The vibe here is much more relaxed. We know most of the people who walk past the building, and it’s not unusual for someone to drop in just to ask a quick question about a local project. The Minisha building is a simple place, and our office inside is just as basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a big cupboard where we store all the site documents. Most of the day is spent handling the local logistics and making sure the supplies are moving on time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything here; it’s just us handling the actual work on the ground. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, but then a delivery truck arrives or a site supervisor comes in with a problem to solve, and things get busy again. We usually shut down for a bit in the early afternoon when it’s hottest and then stay a bit later in the evening. It’s a good place to work, and we like being part of the community here in Mattanur. It’s honest work in a place we know well. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze there is.
